The owner of the premises is Gerry Ryan an international footballer in his day and a stalwart of the Albion in days gone by. Gerry believes that there is a niche in the local market for organic healthy food, and he has set about filling that place. His first big signing was Jeremy Parsons a well known and very experienced local chef. Jeremy brings to the table a plethora of experience both locally and nationally, and is a converted vegetarian. This an added bonus as we believe there is an untapped market here. Jeremy is ably assisted in the engine room by John Scillitoe, Giuseppe Pagnani and John Relf.
